Damages Policy:
Any damage over and above normal wear and tear found during the stay or following departure may be charged at an amount sufficient to cover repair costs or replace damaged items, together with a charge for loss of income during the repair period.
Cancellation Policy: Payment must be made in full and in advance. No refund once payment has been made.
