Prices are Per Room:  These reduced rates are for the month of March only. Breakfast is not included in these rates.

Included:  20% VAT.  Please send booking request via email. We require your full name, address, telephone number, dates required and payment method. Check-In Time is at 14.00pm on day of arrival and Check-Out out time is at 10.00am on day of departure.

Damages Policy: Any damage over and above normal wear and tear found during the stay or following departure may be charged at an amount sufficient to cover repair costs or replace damaged items, together with a charge for loss of income during the repair period.

Cancellation Policy: Payment must be made in full and in advance. No refund once payment has been made.
